Course Overview
Students will learn the skills and knowledge required to provide full body relaxation massages that incorporate body massage techniques, electrical currents.
What you will learn
The unit provides the ability to establish priorities with clients, synthesise knowledge of anatomy and physiology and lifestyle factors to design body massage routines, and provide advice on body products and protection from environmental damage. Body massage can be a single treatment or form part of a series of treatments. Students will also operate specialised equipment with allied cosmetic products to design and provide body treatments addressing relaxation requirements.

- Design and recommend massage
- Prepare for body massage treatment
- Provide body massages
- Review massage and provide body care advice
- Clean treatment area.

Duration and Delivery
■ Delivery will mainly be face to face:
Theory (Classroom)
Practical (Work Based)
■ 5 days or 25 hours (9am-4pm)- 2 days per week.

Unit Cost: $2000
Payment Terms and Conditions
Students should pay the Unit Cost on the date of enrolment or prior, but not after the class commence.
